• PAN Card Copy (Mandatory)
• 2 - Latest Passport size colour photographs
• 2 - Cheques (1 - Cancelled cheque, 1 - Margin Cheque of `.10,000 and above)
• Address Proof :
• Voter ID Card
• Driving License
• Passport
• Ration Card
• BSNL Telephone Bill (not more than two months old)
• Bank Passbook
• Latest Bank Statement
• Nominee photograph, if filled
